THREE EASY STEPS TO GETTING STARTED!

1) The most important thing to do now that you've decided that you're ready to purchase your first home is to talk to a mortgage broker/lender.  They will be able to let you know what you can afford and what you qualify to buy.  We highly recommend that you speak to at least two or three different mortgage brokers/lenders in order to get the best possible loan for yourself.

2) Decide where you'd like to live. Definitely "DON'T BUY THE HOUSE, BUY THE NEIGHBORHOOD" is a good rule of thumb.  It's impossible to change the location of a house but the look can be altered.  We're very familiar with most of Southern California and can assist you in finding a neighborhood that's right for you.
