David Montgomery

 David has always lived and played in California.  He was born in the South Bay area of Los Angeles and raised in Redondo Beach, where he graduated from Redondo Union High School .  After earning his BA from the University of California at Santa Barbara, David moved back to the South Bay and lived in Hermosa Beach where he ultimately made the decision to work in the Real Estate field.  He has worked full time as a California Real Estate Appraiser since 1998.  His experience in property valuation has led him to become a realtor.  Throughout the years as an appraiser he noticed many realtors that he encountered had no idea how to determine the value of a property, many would just "wing it" and unfortunately he saw lots of buyers over-paying due to their realtor not understanding the market.  He brings much more than the typical realtor due to his experience as an appraiser.  David now lives in the Belmont Heights area of Long Beach with his wonderful wife and partner and their two terrific young sons.  They strive on living a happy and healthy lifestyle.  Life is about enjoying yourself and those around you and that's how he lives, plays and works.
